I'm not receiving my tips when I click 'Email tips'
Firstly, make sure your email address is correct. You can do this by going to the 'My Account' tab in the menu at the top of the screen, then selecting 'My Details. Secondly, make sure you don't have any filters on your email to prevent the delivery of tips to your inbox, or that the email has gone to your spam or junk inboxes.
